"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MY CHILD - After my seven year old was "jokingly" told by the instructor to go play soccer outside, he left the premises with another seven year old. The two headed to the field while avoiding cars and a snow plow that was cleaning the lot. The kids were gone for a while before the instructors realized. They never told us what happened. My son told us what occurred when we picked him up. Although the instructor apologized and promised it would not happen again, the owner responded quite differently. He blamed the incident on the children and stated: "What do you expect? The instructor has twenty kids to watch!""
